1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any openrout.ing service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What We Provide

openrout.ing provides API access to open-source AI models on a fixed monthly subscription basis. You get a set token allowance per month depending on your plan. Unused tokens do not roll over.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it. You are responsible for all usage under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately at contact@openrout.ing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute API access without permission
• Use the service to train competing models without authorisation

5. Open-Source Models

All models available through openrout.ing are open-source and governed by their respective licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). We do not own these models. We provide inference infrastructure. You are responsible for complying with each model licence terms.

6. No Warranties

The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. We do not guarantee uptime, although we strive for high availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

openrout.ing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

8. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
